m2 Collagen Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits the m2 Collagen website (and apps) to feel welcome and find the experience usable, accessible, and rewarding.

What standards we aim to meet

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as our benchmark. We strive to achieve Level A & AA conformance across the site.

What we’ve done so far

• We’ve partnered with accessibility professionals and web developers to audit and remediate accessibility issues.
  
• We’ve conducted both automated testing and manual testing using assistive technologies (such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other tools) to ensure functionality for everyone.
  
• We include accessibility in ongoing development, so new features or third-party integrations are considered under accessibility criteria.
  

Scope & third-party components

• Our accessibility efforts cover core pages and features including (but not limited to): Home, About, Shop, Product Detail Pages, Account pages (login, order history, addresses), Help/FAQ, Policies (Privacy, Terms), and global elements (header, footer, navigation).
  
• Some third-party components, plugins, or services (such as certain widgets, checkout flows, chat systems, or external embeds) may not yet fully conform to WCAG standards. We work to update or replace them when feasible.
  

What we continue to do

• Monitor and test the website regularly for accessibility issues
  
• Prioritize and fix new issues as they arise
  
• Train our team and partners on accessibility best practices
  
• Stay informed about evolving accessibility standards and technologies
